This role is for a Key Account Specialist within GE HealthCare, located in Dammam, Eastern Province. It is an internship position under the Tamheer Program, a six-month on-the-job training initiative designed to develop fresh graduates and prepare them for future career opportunities. The Key Account Specialist is a customer-facing role responsible for supporting sales and account management activities, focusing on maintaining and growing relationships with assigned accounts.

Role Overview

The Key Account Specialist will operate within established processes and guidelines, with some autonomy in decision-making. This position ensures customer satisfaction and contributes to overall business objectives by supporting the commercial team and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The role involves developing a working knowledge of GE HealthCare products and solutions to meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales activities for assigned accounts; addition of new customers is rare and subject to review.
• Assist in managing key accounts within the business group/P&L.
• Develop working knowledge of GE HealthCare products, solutions, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the senior commercial team to execute strategies and achieve targets.
• Understand key business drivers and contribute to team objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from understanding customer unmet needs to project execution oversight.
• Provide accurate documentation, reporting, and updates on account activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders; explain technical and commercial information clearly.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in sales or account management is preferred, ideally in healthcare or imaging solutions.
• Not registered in GOSI in the past 6 months.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer program.

Desired Characteristics

• Ability to plan, organize, and execute programs effectively.
• Familiarity with healthcare imaging technologies and market trends.
• Strong project management and customer relationship skills.
