Join our team at voco as a Lifeguard & Gym Trainer!
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellness of our guests while providing exceptional service at our luxury spa and fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the spa reception, ensuring compliance with voco standards.
  • Manage guest bookings and appointment confirmations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area and spa.
  • Offer retail products appropriately and manage the retail area.
  • Deliver personalized fitness and training support as a Personal Trainer.
  • Consistently adhere to and exceed Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
  • Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Must possess a Lifeguard & Gym Trainer certificate.
  • Fluent in English.
