BDP International is seeking a Logistics Service Coordinator - PSA SGP Contract to join our team in Dammam. This full-time role focuses on the precise coordination and execution of customer orders, ensuring all activities align with client requirements and BDP International's ethical standards.

Role Overview

The Logistics Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of shipments, from initial order processing to final delivery. This position requires a proactive approach to operational troubleshooting and a commitment to maintaining high standards in documentation and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing, including planning, booking, and transportation.
• Coordinate and follow up on all shipments to ensure timely execution.
• Handle customs processing for both export and import operations.
• Perform essential documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing tasks.
• Provide customer feedback through internal and external reporting of shipments via mail, phone, or EDI.
• Conduct operational troubleshooting and report non-conformances in accordance with established KPIs.
• Ensure approved subcontractors adhere to agreed rates and service levels.
• Oversee the end-to-end processing of all shipments.
• Ensure punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
• Adhere to all health policies, safety guidelines, and sustainable practices set within the organization and in the workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations, including regulations and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Software applications and/or other market-leading software applications.
• A professional degree from a licensed educational institution specializing in logistics and forwarding is preferable.
