About the Role

Meituan is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for supporting the weak current construction and IT operations for Keemart stores and warehouses in the region and internationally. The role involves managing projects from design through to operation and maintenance, ensuring robust infrastructure and reliable IT services.

Project Management Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of weak current engineering construction projects for overseas self-operated retail warehousing and stores under Keemart, including planning, design, construction process management, acceptance, and review.
• Oversee weak current drawing design, construction management, and subsequent engineering operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate engineering quality, progress, supplier management, and customer satisfaction for overseas weak current projects to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
• Coordinate broadband activation, organize resistance clearance, and manage long-term broadband resource procurement.

IT Operations and Network Management

• Support the operation of IT equipment at Keemart stores and warehouses after opening, coordinating resources to resolve local IT equipment failures and providing professional technical support.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of IT desktops and IoT intelligent hardware in overseas retail warehousing and stores, including PDAs, computers, printers, CCTV, access control, and temperature/humidity sensors.
• Deploy and debug IT network equipment such as firewalls, switches, and APs in overseas retail warehousing and stores, and handle daily network issues, demonstrating an understanding of network routing and wireless protocols.
• Participate in 7x24 IT operation and maintenance support, addressing faults such as network disconnection, networked terminals, and abnormal use of IoT hardware, ensuring overall IT infrastructure operation remotely or on-site.

International Business Support

This role extends support to Keemart's international business needs, encompassing drawing design, remote IT incident management, and follow-up work for projects located in other Middle Eastern and Latin American countries and cities.
