Job Summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Maint/Eng Technician for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is responsible for executing assigned electrical and controls maintenance tasks, along with other engineering-related works, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively within specified timeframes. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure line availability and equipment readiness.
• Follow and review the PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology (PEMM) improvement plan.
• Perform assigned work orders and other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Solve technical problems, identify necessary actions, and determine parts requirements.
• Execute maintenance schedules to maintain plant equipment according to engineering standards.
• Maintain and implement AIB standards.
• Update SAP PM & CM work order statuses.
• Identify the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major and recurring problems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and ensure proper controls for hazards and risks.
• Implement and sustain the EHS Management System (MS) in the area of responsibility.
• Respond to technical problems within the assigned area and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
• Maintain accurate SAP-PM records and updates for all assigned work orders.
• Perform daily parameter readings and monitoring as assigned.
• Report all shift activities daily.
• Support initiatives to improve production processes, quality, productivity, and safety.
• Support the execution of the site Maintenance and Reliability (M&R) Strategy.
• Execute and follow assigned actions related to PEMM and MIAP (Maintenance Improvement Action Plan).
• Support the implementation of Reliability Engineering tools and techniques.
• Support executing Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and Failure Analysis techniques.
• Attend Maintenance forum meetings to share performance, best practices, and challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of spare parts description, application, and criticality.
• Adherence to EHS and QFS policies and standards.
• Ability to operate all equipment related to Utilities sections.
