The Role: Maintenance Engineer

Al Ahmady Medical Complex is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join its team in Dammam. This full-time position is essential for supporting the operational excellence, safety, and reliability of the complex's medical facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and performing maintenance on critical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Managing and maintaining medical gas networks and other essential facility services.
• Planning and executing regular inspections and preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant safety regulations and compliance standards within the facilities.
• Contributing to effective asset management practices for facility equipment and infrastructure.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues, and preparing comprehensive reports on maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 2-5 years in building systems maintenance, specifically covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, medical gas networks, and other essential facility services.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and asset management principles.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, conducting inspections, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in reporting.
