About the Maintenance Supervisor Role

ARO Drilling is seeking a qualified individual to join their team as a Maintenance Supervisor. This full-time position is based in Dammam and requires a dedicated professional to oversee maintenance operations.

Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the effective management and execution of all maintenance activities. This role is critical in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of equipment and facilities. The supervisor will lead a team, coordinate tasks, and ensure that all maintenance work is performed to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials.
• Report on maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma in a relevant technical field is required.
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in maintenance supervision or a related role.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and operations.
• Familiarity with maintenance procedures and best practices.

Work Details

This is a full-time position located in Dammam. The role requires a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience, with the ideal candidate possessing between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience. A driving license is not a requirement for this position.
