About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to ensuring the optimal functionality of machinery and equipment. The role is critical in supporting operational continuity through effective maintenance practices.

Role Purpose

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing a range of maintenance activities, including repairs, scheduled tasks, and preventive measures. This involves adhering to established work instructions and machine manuals, collaborating with team leaders, and maintaining detailed records to ensure equipment reliability and a well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and execute repair requests from the Maintenance Team Leader, performing activities in accordance with set Work Instructions (WI) and machine manuals to restore equipment to adequate working condition.
• Seek assistance from Lead Technicians or Team Leaders for troubleshooting breakdowns when required.
• Request necessary spare parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form and submit for pre-approval to the Maintenance Team Leader to ensure efficient consumption.
• Clean the working area upon repair completion, following Post Maintenance Cleaning WI to ensure the area is tidy and free from work residues.
• Document the finishing time, task description, any pending tasks, or newly discovered findings on the Repair Request Form (RRF) for accurate record-keeping.
• Obtain feedback and approval from the Production Team Leader on the RRF prior to submitting it to the Maintenance Team Leader, ensuring production satisfaction with the performed task.
• Carry out Scheduled and Preventive Maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Team Leader, following set checklists and highlighting any new findings for further scheduling.
• Perform in-house calibration tasks based on Maintenance Team Leader instructions and according to established Calibration Work Instructions.
• Assume 5S duties in line with the defined 5S plan to enhance overall working conditions and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a maintenance technician role or a related technical field.
• Ability to understand and accurately follow technical work instructions, checklists, and machine manuals.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical or electrical equipment.
• Proficiency in documenting work details and maintaining accurate records.
• Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards (*, 5S principles).

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, within the operational framework of Napco National. The role involves working closely with maintenance and production teams.
