This full-time position is integral to the marketing group and reports directly to the Marketing Group Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities crucial to client engagement and corporate operations.

Role Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will manage key client relationships, coordinate corporate events, and oversee various administrative and logistical aspects of the marketing department. This role requires a professional with 5-10 years of proven experience who can effectively support leadership with timely reports and efficient coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tier-one client relations, regional meetings, database updates, and site gate passes.
• Direct corporate events, secure sponsorships, and coordinate executive speaking and webinar schedules.
• Monitor regional GCC projects and economic outlooks to submit weekly or biweekly leadership reports.
• Handle business travel logistics, including hotel and transport arrangements, and manage marketing department expenditures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in marketing, corporate events, or account management.
• Strong communication skills essential for managing relationships with major clients and senior executives.

Work Location

This full-time position requires the ability to work on-site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
