The Role: Occupational Health Specialist

Almarai is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join its team in Dammam. This full-time position is central to providing comprehensive Occupational Health (OH) solutions. The specialist will perform employee and workplace health-related assessments, manage reporting, and facilitate the escalation of occupational conditions. This role is critical in developing OH initiatives that benefit the division and the company, ensuring the alignment, implementation, and maintenance of an Occupational Health Service to meet both divisional and group objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze employee Occupational Health records, producing relevant statistics.
• Develop and implement OH-related training programs for managers, safety advisors, and other Almarai employees.
• Conduct health hazard identification, assessments, and surveillance of employees within their work environments.
