OPERATOR

About the Role

Napco National is seeking an Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on overseeing production processes and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and submit production reports accurately.
• Monitor the printing process continuously throughout shifts.
• Inspect finished products for correct size, print registration, repeat patterns, color matching, and visual defects such as dots or ink touches.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report significant problems to the Team Leader or Lead Operator.
• Provide roll samples to the Quality Control (QC) department for thorough quality checks.
• Report any identified quality defects directly to QC and the Team Leader or Lead Operator.
• Notify the maintenance team and Team Leader immediately in case of machine breakdowns or damage to machine parts.
• Strive to achieve established Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
• Delegate tasks to helpers based on job requirements.
• Fill out and sign roll/pallet labels accurately.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to follow operational procedures and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail for product inspection and defect identification.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a production environment, requiring continuous monitoring and adherence to operational schedules.
