The Optometry Doctor Role

Osan® is seeking an Optometry Doctor to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position where the Optometry Doctor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations. The role involves assessing visual health and providing professional eye care services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction, binocular vision assessment, and ocular health evaluation.
• Diagnose various visual conditions.
• Prescribe appropriate corrective lenses.
• Recommend suitable treatments or facilitate referrals for medical care when necessary.
• Provide counseling to customers on eye health practices, available lens options, and the suitability of different eyewear.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate lens fittings and deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records.
• Adhere to all relevant professional and regulatory standards in optometry.
• Participate in continuous education to remain current with best practices in optometry and advancements in eyewear technology.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Optometry Doctor position should possess 0-1 years of experience in optometry. A strong understanding of vision care principles and practices is required, along with a commitment to professional development.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This role is based on-site in Dammam, within a dynamic environment where eye care professionals work alongside designers.
