About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a qualified Optometrist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in the field, dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests to diagnose visual problems.
• Determine appropriate solutions and develop accurate prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses.
• Conduct contact lens fittings and follow-up assessments, educating patients on care, usage, and safety.
• Analyze test results and provide treatment recommendations, ensuring high standards of clinical accuracy and patient safety.
• Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
• Support sales by recommending appropriate lenses and upgrades, and collaborate with the sales team to finalize prescriptions.
• Contribute to achieving store targets and reducing lost prescriptions.
• Deliver a professional and trusted healthcare experience, building patient confidence and long-term relationships.
• Handle patient concerns and complaints effectively.
• Support and guide team members on prescriptions and eye care basics, and train staff in product knowledge and vision-related topics.
• Collaborate with the store team to improve overall performance.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of clinical instruments and monitor trial lenses for validity, safety, and usability.
• Ensure the clinic area is compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
• Follow all clinical, regulatory, and company policies, maintaining ethical practice and a patient-first approach.
• Ensure compliance with SCFHS and healthcare standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry.
• 1-4 years of experience in a related field.
• SCFHS license or certification.
• Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
