Oracle Fusion PPM Architect

About the Role

Triumphs of Talent is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Architect to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role involves leading the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in relevant Oracle applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM solution architecture and implementations.
• Design solutions across Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Planning, Project Performance, and Resource Management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Lead PPM configuration, fit-gap analysis, integrations, data migration, security, reporting, testing, and deployment.
• Design project processes covering budgeting, forecasting, costing, billing, revenue recognition, resource management, and project accounting.
• Collaborate with technical teams on OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and other integrations.
• Support reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Lead workshops and collaborate with Finance, PMO, Project Managers, IT, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Cloud applications, with significant Oracle Projects/PPM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
• Completion of at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion PPM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, costing, billing, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP, FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Strong solution architecture, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The role requires on-site presence to effectively lead and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
