Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant

About the Role

Ejada is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM solutions. The consultant will collaborate with Project Management Offices (PMO), Finance, Engineering, and other business stakeholders to deliver integrated project costing, budgeting, forecasting, billing, capitalization, and project accounting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules, including Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Control, and Project Financial Management.
• Define and configure project organizations, templates, classifications, transaction controls, burdening structures, capitalization rules, and accounting configurations.
• Design budgeting, forecasting, cost management, revenue management, contract management, and project billing processes.
• Define and manage integration requirements between Oracle PPM and Oracle Financials, Procurement, Payables, Receivables, Expenses, Assets, HCM, and external project management systems.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations aligned with Oracle best practices and business objectives.
• Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reports, conversions, workflows, and custom extensions.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities, including SIT, UAT, reconciliation testing, defect management, and business sign-off.
• Support data migration activities for project structures, tasks, budgets, forecasts, contracts, costs, billing events, and opening balances.
• Plan and support cutover activities, production validation, hypercare support, and operational transition.
• Review project deliverables and provide guidance to consultants and project team members.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely communication to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in Oracle ERP Functional consulting.
• Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Controls, and Project Financial Management.
• Experience across solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
