Role Overview: OTC Specialist

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an OTC Specialist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing and optimizing Accounts Payable processes, ensuring efficient financial operations and adherence to established guidelines within a global logistics environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Accounts Payable (AP) plans and objectives in accordance with defined guidelines and processes, ensuring end-to-end handling of incoming invoices from receipt to payment preparation.
• Execute assigned AP processes and activities, including timely payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, reconciling outstanding account balances, and maintaining accurate records and control reports.
• Achieve service delivery for the assigned area in line with required standards, targets, and schedules, such as service level agreements and internal customer expectations.
• Guide other team members in resolving day-to-day issues related to service delivery.
• Analyze and resolve financial accounting or technical issues, including overdue data, billing disputes, problems with data quality, or reconciliations.
• Study issues and recommend proposals for service improvements to achieve higher quality and/or lower cost.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis of operating results and proposed activities covering Accounts Payable to support management decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• More than 4 years of relevant experience.
