The Role of Partnerships Executive

Unipal is seeking a Partnerships Executive for a full-time role in Dammam, Eastern Province. This position is critical for building Unipal's partner base in the Eastern Province, which represents a significant growth opportunity due to its large student population and local brand presence. The Partnerships Executive will be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and securing partnerships with brands that appeal to students, while meeting monthly targets. The role involves close collaboration with the KSA partnerships team, Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and sign student-relevant brands across the Eastern Province, aligning with Unipal's category requirements.
• Manage the complete partnership cycle, including outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and handover processes.
• Establish a presence around universities in the Eastern Province to demonstrate student engagement to partners.
• Represent Unipal in partner meetings and local business events.
• Ensure new partners are suitable for long-term collaboration, with accurate contracts and a smooth onboarding process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, closed deals, and category coverage.
• Maintain an organized CRM pipeline and provide clear reports on performance metrics.
• Share market feedback with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product teams to enhance offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role within Saudi Arabia, with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Ability to confidently approach businesses, engage with owners, and present pitches.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of the Eastern Province market and its brand landscape.
• Comfortable working with monthly targets, KPIs, and CRM systems.
• Attention to detail in contract management and partner handovers.
• A clear understanding of student preferences regarding brands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup environment or in launching operations in a new city or market.
• Experience working with youth or student-focused brands.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience to contribute to Unipal's growth in a key market.
