Product Specialist (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the Role

Aspen Pharma Group is seeking a Product Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on promoting Aspen products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers, effectively delivering key brand marketing messages, and achieving sales targets.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to drive the promotion of Aspen products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the designated territory. This includes fostering strong relationships with HCPs, ensuring the clear communication of key brand marketing messages, and ultimately contributing to the achievement of sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily targeted face-to-face calls with physicians and pharmacists to represent Aspen.
• Regularly conduct Audio-Visual Aids (AVAs) and other promotional activities.
• Meet assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain positive, sustainable relationships with target HCPs and key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
• Maintain an updated customer database.
• Submit daily call reports and weekly sales trackers in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about the latest clinical data in the relevant therapy area and effectively present and discuss this data with healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate and complete market feedback regarding competition, new product concepts, customer requirements, and marketing opportunities.
• Plan and execute medical educational events.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Product Specialist position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires a professional who can effectively engage with healthcare professionals and manage a sales territory to achieve set targets.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time role is based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The Product Specialist will operate within an assigned territory, engaging directly with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
