About the Role

Napco National is seeking a QC Inspector to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to maintaining high-quality standards within our operations.

Role Overview

The QC Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that all products meet stringent quality specifications and contribute to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. This involves applying a comprehensive understanding of quality control processes, conducting thorough inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across various stages of production.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply internal policies and procedures effectively, leveraging an understanding of Napco National's business environment and objectives.
• Communicate technical and business information clearly, concisely, and comprehensively, both verbally and in writing.
• Organize and plan work activities efficiently to accomplish tasks and meet short and long-term objectives.
• Utilize standard equipment, office automation systems, and software effectively.
• Apply condition monitoring and basic preventive maintenance techniques, understanding Napco National's technical maintenance procedures.
• Identify and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality control to ensure the production of high-quality products and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and Napco National's standards and procedures.
• Interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to safeguard personnel, property, and prevent market losses.
• Conduct tests, inspections, or benchmarking of machine and process parameters in QC labs using various equipment, comparing results against performance and standard limits to identify and address deviations.
• Utilize collected data to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements to meet specified standards.
• Perform or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for quality incidents or non-conforming products, proposing preventive and/or corrective actions.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products using lab equipment to ensure adherence to engineering and procedural standards and identify deviations.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in interpreting and applying internal policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business context.
• Ability to organize and plan work activities effectively.
• Competence in using standard laboratory equipment and office automation systems.
• Knowledge of technical maintenance types, condition monitoring, and basic preventive maintenance techniques.
• Capability to identify and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality control.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and standards.
• Aptitude for interpreting legal requirements and internal procedures.
• Analytical skills for conducting Root Cause Analyses and driving process improvements.
