About the Role

Abunayyan Holding is seeking a QHSE Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring the effective implementation and control of the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems.

Role Objective

The primary objective of the QHSE Engineer is to oversee the implementation and control of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, and the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System in compliance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance and implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Follow up on customer complaints, establishing appropriate correction and corrective actions.
• Update and analyze results from customer satisfaction surveys, preparing related reports on the customer satisfaction index and Net Promoter Score.
• Control QMS documents and manage the documentation of any changes.
• Assist the QHSE Manager in launching yearly internal audits, analyzing audit results, and closing observations and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Handle all internal NCRs between departments, ensuring proper correction and corrective actions are taken before closure.
• Arrange for external evaluations of the Quality Management System by agencies or consultants as required.
• Assist the QHSE Manager in performing Integrated Management System (IMS) internal and external audits.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System by reviewing and analyzing internal audits and corrective actions, and implementing any new corrective actions.
• Analyze the results of received customer satisfaction surveys and prepare suitable corrective actions with related departments.

Document Control and System Administration

• Act as the administrator for document control pertaining to QHSE records.
• Ensure the company's management system, including process and reference documents, is available and accessible on the company server for all employees.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in QHSE management systems.
