About the Sales Executive Role

Napco National is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of professional experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to our sales operations and customer engagement efforts.

Purpose of the Role

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving product sales within an assigned customer base, managing customer relationships, and ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies. This role involves direct interaction with customers, managing orders, and reporting market activities to the sales leadership.

Core Responsibilities

• Sell the company's product range to assigned customers and provide feedback on competitor activities in the area.
• Ensure the proper implementation of planograms in retail environments.
• Process special order requests as needed by customers.
• Collect invoices in adherence to the company’s aging policy.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for call cycles or business reviews before market visits.
• Identify and report new potential customers in the designated area to the team leader.
• Engage with all potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the sales team leader when necessary.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and daily collections to the distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products, if applicable, and obtain superior approval before actual returns.
• Report any unresolved problems or objections encountered to the team leader.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of customer account reconciliations and secure customer signatures or approvals.
• Perform inventory checks during each visit, covering both warehouses and shelves.

Required Experience
