Sales Manager NIPA / NDT Services

About the Role

ROSEN Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Manager NIPA / NDT Services to join its team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on building customer relationships and expanding business within the pipeline inspection sector. The ROSEN Group operates globally, providing solutions in integrity process chains across over 110 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close customer relationships to ensure continuous business expansion.
• Actively explore the market to understand customer needs and implement strategies to improve market penetration.
• Increase brand awareness for ROSEN products and services in the relevant market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Represent the ROSEN Group to customers throughout the entire sales process.
• Provide quotations and proposals, followed by sales execution and after-sales support.
• Achieve targeted market presence and gather market intelligence.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Service Line management.
• Continuously improve market understanding, including regulatory changes, market trends, customer needs, and competition.
• Ensure positive customer relationships and align with other ROSEN services in the region or group to provide comprehensive customer solutions.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The position requires a professional who can effectively manage sales processes and develop strategic market approaches.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role may require national and international travel, as well as working away from home when necessary.
