About the SAP Basis Administrator Role

The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a SAP Basis Administrator to manage and optimize its SAP S/4HANA environment and IT infrastructure. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires flexibility to support multiple sites as needed. The role is crucial for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and business continuity of the company's SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, monitor, maintain, and support SAP environments, including development, QA, production, and disaster recovery systems.
• Ensure optimal SAP system performance, conduct health monitoring, capacity planning, and maintain high availability of SAP platforms.
• Perform SAP kernel upgrades, apply patches, implement support packages, manage transports, and execute system refresh activities.
• Manage SAP users, roles, authorizations, and security controls to ensure secure and compliant access.
• Ensure SAP backup integrity, restore readiness, and disaster recovery capabilities to support business continuity.
• Provide support for SAP HANA database administration, including performance monitoring, backup, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support SAP infrastructure hosted on platforms such as Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, storage, and network dependencies.
• Manage SAP and IT-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate with SAP support, cloud vendors, and business stakeholders for issue resolution and project support.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, with a major in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Accredited certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP S/4HANA System Administration are highly valued.
• Proven expertise in SAP Basis administration, system monitoring, and SAP landscape management.
• 3–5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration and knowledge of enterprise IT support.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC environments.
• Experience in cloud-hosted SAP environments is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role requires the ability to provide regional IT support across multiple sites, indicating a dynamic work environment.
