Syanpro is a modern Field Service Management (FSM) SaaS platform designed to streamline operations for field service businesses. The platform includes intelligent scheduling, dispatching, customer management, estimating, invoicing, payment solutions, and customer engagement. Built for the Saudi Arabian market, Syanpro incorporates localized capabilities such as ZATCA e-Invoicing integration and other compliance requirements. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer Technical Lead to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region, on a full-time basis.

Role Overview

This role involves taking ownership of the complete SaaS platform architecture and scaling it to support multiple applications and thousands of users. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the overall SaaS platform architecture. This includes ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and performance for enterprise-grade SaaS products composed of multiple applications and distributed services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using ***** and scalable backend services with Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, service integrations, and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Own the architecture of the complete SaaS platform, designing solutions for multi-application support and multi-tenant architecture.
• Build highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable enterprise systems, ensuring high system uptime and reliability.
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions, including event-driven systems using Apache Kafka, API Gateway patterns, and service discovery.
• Design normalized and scalable PostgreSQL databases, optimize complex SQL queries, and implement Redis caching strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps to automate deployments, build CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications with Docker, and manage deployments using Kubernetes.
• Monitor applications using modern observability tools, implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage source code using Git, conduct peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical documentation and architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building enterprise SaaS applications and managing the complete architecture of a SaaS platform supporting multiple applications or products.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and optimization, with hands-on experience with Redis caching and Apache Kafka.
• Experience building scalable REST APIs and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows, with experience using Jira for Agile project management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Experience building Field Service Management (FSM), ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business applications.
• Experience with Saudi Arabian business regulations and integrations such as ZATCA e-Invoicing.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Experience implementing monitoring and observability platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and OWASP guidelines.
• Previous experience mentoring software engineers or leading development teams.
