About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Senior Operator, Utility to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring operational safety and compliance within the utility sector. The role is integral to maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all established safety regulations and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Understand and adhere to the organizational Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies.
• Follow specific safety instructions relevant to assigned tasks and duties.
• Report any damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machinery, or faulty equipment to the appropriate staff.
• Ensure that all provided PPEs are kept in good, workable condition.
• Avoid any form of horseplay and prevent the abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Report all accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel immediately.
• Actively participate in all scheduled safety trainings.
• Exercise the right to refuse any work deemed unsafe.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in utility operations, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and compliance. A proven track record of adhering to HS&E policies and maintaining a safe work environment is essential.
