About the Senior Project Manager Role

Entourage Marketing & Events is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is focused on leading the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value experiential events.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Project Manager will drive strategic alignment with client objectives, ensure operational excellence, and achieve commercial success across the full project lifecycle. This position requires strong commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple high-value, large-scale events, ensuring alignment with client strategy and business objectives.
• Act as a senior client partner, providing strategic counsel, shaping briefs, and influencing decision-making at stakeholder level.
• Drive commercial performance across projects, including full P&L ownership, revenue growth, margin optimization, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee complex project governance, including detailed planning, resourcing, scheduling, and delivery frameworks across multiple workstreams.
• Manage and mentor senior and junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
• Direct cross-functional teams (creative, production, digital, technical) and manage multiple external partners and vendors at scale.
• Ensure best-in-class execution on-site, including high-profile, VIP, and confidential events, with strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Establish and implement robust project management methodologies, tools, and reporting structures.
• Lead risk assessment, compliance, and contingency planning across all projects.
• Drive innovation by identifying new technologies, trends, and experiential formats to enhance client offerings.
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships to support delivery excellence and new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in experiential events or integrated agency environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million budget projects and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Exceptional client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Advanced financial management and commercial awareness.
• Experience working with government and global brands and delivering high-profile events.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.

Work Details

This is a contract position located in Dammam, Eastern Region. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO.
