The Role: Service Sales Engineer (After Sales)

SKM Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Sales Engineer (After Sales) to join its After Sales team. This full-time position, based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for ensuring SKM systems consistently perform at the highest standards through effective troubleshooting, warranty handling, and dedicated customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle warranty and service complaints, ensuring resolution within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform troubleshooting on various HVAC equipment, including chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), DX systems, and package units.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and prepare detailed service reports.
• Support and oversee retrofit, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality compliance.
• Provide technical feedback and insights to the engineering and quality assurance teams.
• Assist in customer training initiatives and prepare necessary technical documentation.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Service Sales Engineer (After Sales) position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry or a similar technical service role.
