Service Supervisor

About the Role

OilSERV is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading and executing Coil Tubing operations, contributing to high-profile projects, and ensuring top-class service quality. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute a wide range of Coiled Tubing operations.
• Manage crew, equipment, and materials to deliver high-quality services to customers.
• Prepare equipment and carry out jobs in line with programs, ensuring safe and efficient completion.
• Drive operational excellence with zero Service Quality (SQ) and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) incidents.
• Promote the company’s new technologies and uphold a strong professional image.

Operational Duties

• Prepare equipment, manage crew, and oversee job packages, spare parts, chemicals, and PPE requirements.
• Rig up data acquisition systems and equipment in line with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Conduct thorough pre-job risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Promote company-approved safety and operational policies at the well site, ensuring both company and customer objectives are achieved.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment following Operating System (OS) maintenance procedures.
• Execute jobs according to job design and customer requirements, applying Management of Change (MOC) when required.
• Review and ensure Service Quality (SQ) compliance before and during job execution.
• Ensure all job execution is carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Deliver high-quality Post-job reports as required by the company and customers.
• Mentor junior Engineers and Field Specialists, supporting skill development in safe and efficient equipment operation.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Service Supervisor position should possess 2-5 years of experience in Coil Tubing operations. The role requires a professional who can manage complex operations and maintain high standards of service quality and safety.
