Baker Hughes is seeking a Shop/Plan Operator Intermediate to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on operational tasks within our manufacturing facilities.

Role Purpose

The Shop/Plan Operator Intermediate contributes to manufacturing operations by setting up, monitoring, and operating various essential equipment. This role supports the development of manufacturing technology and the realization of new products and systems within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and operate various manufacturing equipment, including rewind, tapeline, packager, tape/braider, magline, plastic extruder, and PCP injection.
• Operate multiple machines concurrently as required.
• Perform repair, patching, or splicing of cables.
• Conduct quality assurance activities in accordance with manufacturing and engineering specifications, and ISO requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related operational or manufacturing environment.
