About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on maximizing product presence and visibility within retail outlets.

Role Overview

As a Senior Merchandiser, your primary responsibility is to ensure optimal on-shelf availability and presentation of PepsiCo products across all assigned outlets. This role is integral to the sales team, supporting brand visibility and sales opportunities through effective in-store execution. You will work to maintain brand standards and report market intelligence to support sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily journey plans to visit assigned outlets and ensure product availability.
• Merchandise products effectively across various access points including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Place Point of Sale (POS) materials strategically next to product displays where applicable.
• Ensure all product displays adhere to approved planograms for both on-shelf and off-shelf placements.
• Implement product rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of products on shelves at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities and market trends.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned customers or outlets.
• Report daily activities to your supervisor as required.
• Participate in in-store sampling or redemption campaigns when requested.
• Adhere to the Frito-Lay code of conduct, maintaining appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Demonstrated service-level orientation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
