Static Equipment Draftsman

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Static Equipment Draftsman to join a reputable Oil & Gas Company for their workshop requirements in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for supporting fabrication processes through precise and detailed technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare General Arrangement (GA), fabrication, assembly, nozzle orientation, support, detail, and as-built drawings.
• Incorporate engineering calculations and design inputs into drawings.
• Verify dimensions and material specifications for accuracy.
• Coordinate effectively with design, fabrication, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) teams.
• Provide comprehensive drawing support to ensure smooth and accurate fabrication processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in preparing detailed engineering and fabrication drawings for static equipment.
• Preference for candidates with experience on projects for Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and EPC companies.
• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
• Strong knowledge of various static equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns, drums, and skids.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 2500 - 4500, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, supporting workshop operations.
