About the Strategic Account Manager Role
Immensa is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to develop and expand relationships with enterprise customers within the Energy sector. This full-time role is responsible for driving long-term value creation across key accounts, ensuring customers fully adopt and scale Immensa’s Digital Inventory solutions. The position operates at the intersection of commercial engagement, account strategy, and stakeholder management, focusing on growing partnerships across multiple sites, business units, and operational teams.
Role Context and Objectives
Immensa provides solutions that help asset-intensive organizations decrease over-stocking, reduce downtime, manage obsolescence, and strengthen supply chain resilience through advanced digital inventory and distributed manufacturing technologies. The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with Immensa’s commercial, technical, and operational teams to ensure Immensa is positioned as a trusted partner supporting critical supply chain and operational challenges for global energy companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a portfolio of enterprise accounts within Energy and asset-intensive industries.
- Build trusted relationships across engineering, operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams.
- Manage complex organizational dynamics across large industrial customers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and Immensa’s growth objectives.
- Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities across additional sites, business units, and use cases.
- Grow Immensa’s share of wallet while protecting long-term customer trust and partnership.
- Ensure customers fully adopt and maximize the value of their Digital Inventory programs.
- Coordinate with internal technical, operational, and delivery teams to support successful deployments.
- Maintain strong visibility into customer priorities, risks, and evolving operational challenges.
- Support senior-level discussions, reviews, and planning sessions with customer leadership.
- Gather and synthesize account intelligence to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the prioritization of expansion opportunities.
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and account planning processes.
Required Experience and Background
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or major account roles.
- Experience working with large organizations in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
- Proven ability to develop and expand enterprise relationships.
- Comfort navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Energy industry supply chain, manufacturing, or spare parts is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with spare parts management, MRO, asset management, or industrial operations is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting multi-site enterprise customers is highly desirable.
