About the Role

Kanz is seeking experienced Surveyors with a specialization in Civil or MEP works for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of site surveying principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting site surveying, including setting out and leveling operations.
• Coordinating closely with site engineers to ensure the accuracy of all works performed.
• Preparing comprehensive survey reports and documenting as-built data.

Required Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in building projects.
• Demonstrated experience in MEP or Fit-Out works.

Experience and Location

Candidates are expected to possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. This position requires the candidate to be currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and hold a valid iqama. Immediate joining is preferred.
