About the Role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Territory Manager Spine to be based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The primary objective of this role is to promote and execute the strategic plan for the Spine Business Unit.

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is focused on healthcare innovation, developing advanced treatments across various medical fields. The Orthopaedics division specifically works on solutions for joint reconstruction, trauma, craniomaxillofacial, sports, extremities, elective foot and ankle, spine, and robotics and digital surgery. Johnson & Johnson has announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone company, DePuy Synthes. Upon completion of this planned separation, the successful candidate for this position would transition to an employee of DePuy Synthes.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit targets for the Spine Business Unit.
• Dedicate 75% of working time to field activities.
• Maintain collaboration with company team members to ensure effective implementation of field operations for customer benefit.
• Organize professional meetings with targeted customers.
• Conduct outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to present products to potential corporate clients.
• Generate leads and manage all customer inquiries, including providing quotations and sales follow-up to meet business plans.
• Maintain positive customer relations and coordination.
• Provide accurate product information, ensure stock availability, and monitor optimal product consumption.
• Offer relevant product information to customers, including in-service support, case support, and negotiation of patient cases with doctors.
• Service and maintain an existing customer base while actively developing new customer relationships and business avenues.
• Organize all necessary documentation to fulfill client demands.
