About the Truck Skilled Driver Role

Napco National is seeking a Truck Skilled Driver to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant transportation operations within our business framework.

Key Operational Responsibilities

• Understand and strictly adhere to all traffic signs, symbols, laws, and designated routes.
• Execute precise loading and unloading procedures, including thorough knowledge of vehicle capacity and effective methods for securing and covering loads using appropriate tools such as knots, chains, locks, and straps.
• Safely operate various vehicles, including cars, forklifts, and trucks, ensuring full compliance with all relevant safety regulations (*, OSHA, road codes).

Workplace Conduct and Communication

• Interpret and apply internal company policies and procedures, demonstrating an understanding of Napco's business environment and objectives.
• Communicate and deliver information clearly, concisely, and comprehensively, both verbally and in writing, within a professional business context.
• Organize and plan work and project activities efficiently to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.

Safety and Equipment Management

• Apply established safety guidelines and work safely when storing and using tools and equipment, ensuring no risk to self or others.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy workplace environment by consistently applying housekeeping and sanitary techniques.
• Effectively utilize standard equipment and office automation systems and software relevant to the role.

Data and Language Proficiency

• Monitor, collect, and interpret raw data from various sources, evaluate and analyze results, and create reports to assist decision-making processes at Napco.
• Utilize national and foreign languages proficiently, both spoken and written.
