Wholesale Sales Representative Eastern Region

About the Role

Tayseer Trading Company is seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative for the Eastern Region. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with strong experience in wholesale sales and a deep understanding of the local market. The ideal candidate will be adept at client development and achieving sales targets within the Eastern Region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop the client base and expand sales coverage within the region.
• Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Visit clients, monitor their needs, and follow up on their orders.
• Build long-term business relationships with clients.
• Monitor prices, offers, products, and competitor activities in the market.
• Follow up on collections and client accounts.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, visits, and clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and client service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in wholesale sales.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is a strong advantage.
• Experience in dealing with wholesalers, distributors, and commercial clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing sales volume.
• Ability to attract new clients and develop relationships with current clients.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and business relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of the market, clients, competitors, and pricing.
• Ability to follow up on orders, collections, and payments.
• Ability to conduct client visits and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Ability to prepare sales and visit reports and monitor performance indicators.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preferred experience in CRM systems.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Ability to travel and visit clients within the Eastern Region.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
• High communication skills, commitment, and professionalism in dealings.
• A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Experience Level

This role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have demonstrated success in wholesale sales.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves frequent client visits and active engagement within the market.
