Studying social cases and assessing beneficiaries' needs, providing social support and guidance, preparing appropriate intervention plans, coordinating with relevant parties to provide necessary services, following up on cases and documenting them, in order to improve the quality of life and promote social integration, while adhering to professional ethics and information confidentiality.
