The Offshore Structural Engineer Role

Saipem is seeking an Offshore Structural Engineer to join its team in Dhahran, located in the Eastern region. This full-time position is part of the Asset Based Services Business Line, specifically within the Offshore Structural Engineering department. The primary focus of this role is to provide essential support in the structural design of jackets and top sides for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks as assigned by the Project Structural Lead, including structural analyses, calculations, design activities, verification, and dedicated studies. Ensure all work maintains accuracy and complies with project requirements and established standards.
• Interface effectively with other Project Specialists and Designers to facilitate information sharing, clarify technical aspects, and support smooth, coordinated project execution.
• Coordinate and review technical activities conducted both internally within Saipem and by external parties, offering guidance, feedback, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive project documentation, such as reports, specifications, and design deliverables, while maintaining quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
• Support the diligent implementation of company procedures, international codes, and safety requirements across all engineering activities.

Required Experience
