At Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH), we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in collecting blood samples for clinical laboratory tests, contributing significantly to the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures on pediatric and adult patients with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct miscellaneous job-related activities as requested by senior staff.
  • Properly identify patients before collecting specimens according to established policies.
  • Gather information from the test catalog to assist patients, physicians, and nurses.
  • Receive and process blood and nonblood specimens in the system, ensuring correct dispatch to appropriate laboratory sections.

Qualifications:
  • High School Certificate or equivalent; Diploma in medical technology and/or phlebotomy preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in phlebotomy procedures.
  • Must meet Saudi Commission for Health Specialties licensure requirements.
  • Basic English and Arabic language proficiency.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
