About the Role

Dhahran Techno Valley is seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This is a full-time role designed for a high-potential individual with 0-1 years of experience, offering exposure to various organizational functions including strategy, performance, executive reporting, PMO, and GRC.

Role Context

The Strategic Business Analyst will operate at the core of the organization, supporting deliverables for the CEO, Chairman, and Board. This position involves collaboration with leaders across all functions, providing a foundational understanding of the company's operations within a global deep-tech hub ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and annual planning initiatives.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of KPI dashboards and performance reports.
• Assist in preparing the monthly Board of Directors report and weekly CEO and Chairman highlights.
• Analyze business processes and support improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency.
• Support PMO tracking of strategic projects, including monitoring milestones, risks, and status.
• Assist with GRC deliverables, governance materials, and committee packs.
