  • Leading and managing all operational activities on site
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies, schedules, and cost control
  • Ensuring the execution of delivery operations, pre-commissioning, and maintaining systems correctly
  • Clearly defining system boundaries and scopes of work
  • Continuous coordination with engineering, construction, suppliers, and clients
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all operational documents
  • Participating in safety reviews and technical meetings and leading them when necessary
Requirements 
  • Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in process engineering or operations, preferably in chemical sectors or electrolysis projects
  • Strong practical experience on project sites with engineering companies or EPC International
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing (other languages are an additional advantage)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel or relocate according to project requirements
  • High awareness of safety and health standards and procedures (HSE)
