We're looking for a professional to handle a crucial administrative role within our engineering design and consulting office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate all general administrative activities in the office.
  • Ensure proper organization of all files and documents.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, arranging accommodation and transportation as needed.
  • Expedite the visa process promptly.
  • Monitor the induction process for new employees.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • A relevant degree qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in administration, particularly in handling administrative functions.
  • Experience with booking and managing accommodation and transport.
  • Proficient in maintaining staff records and managing accounts payable, bills, and receivables.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
