We are seeking an experienced Academic Supervisor – Science to join our Senior Leadership Team and support the development of our academic programme.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support communication between school leadership and teaching staff.
• Assist with curriculum planning, data analysis, and instructional goal setting.
• Mentor and coach teachers, including classroom visits and feedback.
• Facilitate academic development through workshops, observations, and planning meetings.
• Monitor academic progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and support implementation of action plans for teaching teams.
• Maintain academic records and contribute to reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate academic resources and support teacher professional development.
• Participate in recruitment and orientation of academic staff.
• Stay current with content standards, teaching strategies, and assessment practices.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• A bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject.
• A recognized teaching qualification or certification.
• 8 years + in the academic field, including more than 3 years in a management role.
• A serious willingness to work and relocate to Saudi Arabia.
• Must be free from illnesses and physical, auditory, visual, or other disabilities, if any.
• Non-smoker under any circumstance.
• Arabic speaker highly advantageous.

• 2+ years in academic supervision or coordination
• Strong background in curriculum design, assessment, and teacher training
• Familiarity with Cognia standards, Classera, and early childhood pedagogy
