Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a nurturing and motivating learning culture for young learners
• Lead PLCs and mentor teachers in evidence-based reading and math strategies
• Oversee curriculum alignment with Grade 3 NAFS outcomes
• Analyze assessment data to improve teaching and student progress
• Supervise NAFS instructional periods and support differentiated learning
• Engage parents and stakeholders in academic performance communications
• Organize academic competitions and enrichment activities aligned with NAFS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education (required); Master's in Curriculum & Instruction or Leadership (preferred)
• 5+ years teaching experience in K3 under the American curriculum
• 2+ years in academic supervision or coordination
• Strong background in curriculum design, assessment, and teacher training
• Familiarity with Cognia standards, Classera, and early childhood pedagogy
