At Batch Roastery, we are committed to elevating the specialty coffee experience in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a passionate Sales Specialist to manage our B2B sales operations.

Responsibilities:
  • B2B Sales: Attract and manage wholesale clients including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and companies. Provide Batch Roastery products (coffee beans, blends, supply solutions). Prepare professional quotes and close deals. Regularly follow up with clients to increase order volume and frequency.
  • CRM Management: Record all clients and opportunities in the system. Organize leads and sales pipeline. Accurately update the status of every sales opportunity. Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and active/inactive customers.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with the roasting team to ensure product availability. Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams. Convey market feedback and product demand to management.
  • Analysis and Development: Analyze demand data by region, client type, and coffee type. Propose improvements in wholesale offers, pricing, and sales mechanisms. Contribute to building a sustainable sales system for Batch Roastery.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Practical experience in CRM and ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
  • Previous experience with specialty coffee or food sales.

Skills:
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
  • Ability to work with numbers and reports.
  • Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent use of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • High organization and discipline in data entry.

Personal Qualities:
  • System-oriented and compliant.
  • Responsible, clear, and follows through to closure.
  • Understands that data quality equals decision quality.
  • Professionally represents Batch Roastery to clients.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Monthly sales value.
  • Number of active B2B clients.
