We are looking for a reservations agent to join our team, with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers effectively. You will be responsible for managing and confirming customer reservations, and providing the necessary support to ensure a smooth experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Receiving reservation requests via phone, email, or dedicated systems.
* Confirming reservation details and ensuring the availability of required services.
* Providing comprehensive information to customers about services, prices, and company policies.
* Resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
* Accurately updating reservation records in the system.

* Cooperating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Experience in the field is required.
An interview will be conducted via Zoom.
