Position: Chef (Bakery & Sweets)

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative chef specializing in bakery, sweets, and desserts. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the field, strong knowledge of trending dessert items, and the ability to introduce new, innovative recipes to our menu.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a wide range of bakery and sweet items including traditional and modern desserts.
  • Create and develop new trending recipes and seasonal menu items.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in line with Saudi food regulations.
  • Supervise kitchen procedures and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the management team on product development and customer preferences.
  • Manage inventory and minimize wastage.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in bakery and sweet-making.
  • Strong knowledge of Arabic, Western, and trending international desserts.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Saudi food hygiene laws and kitchen safety regulations.
  • Creativity in menu development and presentation.
  • Must be punctual, clean, and organized.

Trial Period:
  • A 3-month trial will be conducted to assess skills, creativity, and performance.
  • Outstanding performance during the trial may lead to a long-term position with benefits.

  • Exposure to fine dining, outdoor catering, and event management.
