The Role of Regional QSHE Coordinator (Sales)

Almarai is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator (Sales) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role is essential for maintaining Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems within the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain QSHE management systems effectively across the region.
• Implement QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures throughout operations.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld during the entire product lifecycle, including receiving, inspecting, handling, storing, selling, and delivering a diverse range of products.
• Contribute to meeting the needs of consumers and customers by adhering to robust QSHE practices.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Membership with IOSHE.
• ISO 9001:2008 certified Lead Auditor.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Dairy Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience in Health, Safety, and Security (HSS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Proven experience in ISO/HACCP implementation within certified companies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product composition, product quality, food hygiene, and food safety principles.
• Exposure to Computer and SAP environments.
