The Role of QSHE Coordinator

Almarai is seeking a QSHE Coordinator to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the enforcement and compliance of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems within the region. The Coordinator will play a key part in implementing QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures to meet the needs of consumers and customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) Management System to exceed customer and consumer expectations.
• Support the identification of business risks and the implementation of divisional QSHE strategies to mitigate potential threats.
• Conduct internal audits across all regional functions in alignment with QSHE management systems, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending suitable corrective actions.
• Aid in incident investigations by performing root cause analysis and implementing appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, product recalls, and Municipality-related issues.
• Deliver regional technical training to functional staff concerning QSHE strategies, policies, and procedures.
