The Role of Team Manager (IPNC)

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager (IPNC) for a full-time position in Hail. This role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the manufacturing and packaging of infant formula products. The manager will ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards while continuously working to improve production efficiencies in a safe operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team involved in the production of infant formula.
• Oversee the manufacturing and packaging processes for infant formula products.
• Ensure all production activities comply with internal company standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiencies.
• Maintain a safe working environment throughout all manufacturing operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
• Experience in manufacturing and packaging operations, preferably within the food or dairy industry.
• Understanding of regulatory standards relevant to infant formula production.
